An exciting Rome from Oliver & Oliver, based in the Dominican Republic, purchases Rome in the Carribia, to mix it in the best possible way.
It is a secret which rom included in the different blends. However, it is no secret that a large part of the room comes from Cuba, where the Oliver family has its roots, and also had a Romodestillery in the late 18th century. When they founded the company, was allowed to buy about 100,000 liters good Cuban Rome. The rest of the Rome is from Panama, Trinidad, Colombia and Nicaragua, but a large part also comes from their own island, the Dominican Republic.
This 25 year edition is one of their best, a combination of quality content, carefully selected – the flagship from them and with its delicacy and complexity it is not difficult to sense why.
