Mount Gay Room XO Triple Cask Blend is a mix of carefully selected, mature Rome. It is a beautiful, round and complex Small Batch Rome stored on American whiskey and bourbon dishes as well as cognac dishes.
In the nose you will be presented with a perfect balance of vanilla, oak and dry spices. In the taste stands of salt caramel, baked figs, nellike and dark chocolate forward. It is round and smooth with a rich creaminess and a long finish.

John Sober owned a piece of land on Barbados and inherited a small distillery at Mount Gilboa in 1703. Sober The family hired Sir John Gay Alleyne – fourth generation from Barbados – to start a new era of the distillery. His achievements were so successful that sober the family renamed the distillery to his honor – Mount Gay.
Mount Gay room is steeped in expertise, craft and quality with sugar cane from own plantations and water from an underground source running during the distillery. The water is picked up from the artesic well, which was dug in 1703 as it all started.
