Herrgård’s Aquavit is a spicy Swedish Aquavit made on eg. Come, fennel and coriander. It is tasted with Maltwhisky and stored on sherry fade and gets a very special and unique expression.
The scent exudes the complex and fennel as well as notes from the dish in the form of oak and easy vanilla. The taste is round, full and complex, and dill, anise, coming and notes from the dish step forward.
Enjoyed clean, like easily cooled, for example smoked salmon or marinated herring.
