Food Owl Gin – Rhubarb is a great season drink with lots of rhubarbersmag, fresh ginger and a lovely, sweet rounding.
As a ginnder is the drinking direct from the bottle, like with a shot lime and an ice cube, but like to try Indian Tonic, a strip of orange peel and a little basil on top. Then there is little extra good for the eye and a gentle seasoned experience to the palate.
Botanicals: Rhubarb, fresh ginger, juniper, coriander, Angelika Rod, Lemonhal, Grains of Paradise and Orris Rod.

Food Owl Gin is a tribute to the owl, which used to stay in the ceiling in our building, but which moved because we noisy too much. Sorry!
We distill the gin in a traditional way with herbs directly in the copper boiler and in the herburve, which is mounted on the Swaneck. The result is a number of tasty and very characteristic ginvarians who are evident in their profile and easy to mix.
All our food Owl Gin is distilled on our distillery in Kagerup in North Zealand and is based on organic grain prit.
