L’Expression de Sauternes is an elegant dessert wine that captures the essence of the famous Sauternes appellation in Bordeaux. Made from classic grapes like Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc, and influenced by noble rot (botrytis cinerea), it offers concentrated flavours and refined complexity.
The nose reveals rich aromas of orange blossom, honey, candied ginger, and lemon marmalade. On the palate, it is silky and well-balanced – sweet, yet with a vibrant acidity that gives freshness and a long, elegant finish.
Serving & food pairing:
L’Expression de Sauternes is perfect as the grand finale to a fine meal. It pairs beautifully with blue cheeses like Roquefort, fruit-based desserts, crème brûlée or foie gras. Also excellent as an aperitif – best served slightly chilled at 8–10 °C.

Available in both full bottle (75 cl) and half bottle (37.5 cl) – ideal for sharing or enjoying a single glass of indulgence. Alcohol content: approx. 13.5%.
