Highland Park 15 Years 70 cl. 44%

Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Highland Park 15 Years is a refined Orkney single malt where the house style is beautifully defined: heather honey, bright citrus, sherry-driven oak spice, and that signature aromatic heather peat smoke—more fragrant and floral than heavy or medicinal.

It’s composed by harmonising whiskies matured in first-fill, sherry-seasoned American oak and first-fill, sherry-seasoned European oak casks, with a smaller proportion of refill casks to keep the profile vibrant and balanced. Bottled at 44% ABV, it carries extra lift on the nose and a more textured, lively palate.

Nose
Polished and elegant with orange peel/oil, dried fruit, vanilla and gentle warm spice. The smoke sits softly in the background—moorland perfume rather than bonfire.

Palate
Rich yet controlled: honey and toffee lead into citrus zest, darker fruit notes and structured oak spice. Sherry influence provides depth, while the smoke threads everything together and sharpens the finish.

Finish
Long and warming, with spiced oak, honeyed sweetness, a subtle coastal freshness, and a lingering aromatic smoky echo.

Serve
Best neat in a tulip glass. A few drops of water can open more citrus, vanilla, and the floral smoke.

The producer – Highland Park, Orkney
Highland Park is based in Kirkwall on Orkney and traces its licensed origins to 1798, often linked to the story of Magnus “Mansie” Eunson. What truly sets it apart is its local Orkney heathered peat, sourced from Hobbister Moornear the distillery, delivering Highland Park’s distinctive fragrant smoke. It’s also among the few distilleries that still operate traditional floor maltings (in part), and the brand is owned today by Edrington.
