UP. Anderson Aquavit, launched in 1891 in honor of the Swedish industrial land of the same name, is an unmistakable comments with notes of other aromatic spices including fennel. A snatch of anise gives both fragrance and taste a sharp pift that makes this great Swedish classic for something quite special.

UP. Anderson Aquavit is a suitable companion to most dishes, but especially sponsil, smoked salmon and well-mature cheeses, this aquavite serves well. Due to the complex and powerful taste, O.P. Anderson Aquavit, as created for most spicy dishes, whereas you should avoid dishes with a sweeter prison. Served not too chilled.

Completely classic Swedish aquavit after an original recipe with the complex, anise and fennel. The spice array is stored on oak barrels for a minimum of six months, ensuring and more round taste and makes aquavite very soft, nice and accommodating.

Olof Peter Anderson was born in 1797 in Trollhättan in Sweden and came to Gothenburg in 1814, where he began as an apprentice in Petter Grönberg’s chemical trading. In 1823, he started his own company that acted with chemicals and building materials. In order to sell its goods, he also established himself as a ship owner. From around 1850, he drives the company together with the Son Carl August, and the company focused on spirits production. Since O. P. Anderson Aquavit was launched in 1891, Olof Peter Anderson had been dead for 15 years and the son chose to call the focal win after his father.
