Hernö Pink BTL Gin is an organic London Dry Gin made without additives such as colour, artificial flavors or sugar. According to Hernö Gin, gin should not be colored.
Hernö Pink BTL Gin is a fruity and floral gin with dominant juniper notes. It is distilled from 8 organic botanicals, including juniper berries, strawberries and rose petals.
In the scent you will find plenty of juniper berries, crisp, green forest as well as fresh citrus, red fruits and a hint of spices. The taste starts floral and is followed by juicy juniper, red fruits and coriander. It is characterized by citrus with underlying spices and cassia bark. Strawberries linger with juniper and spicy notes in the soft, warm and long finish.

The distillery is the first dedicated gin distillery in Sweden and reportedly also the northernmost gin distillery in the world.
