Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice is a limited edition gin from the small town of Girvan, in southwest Scotland. The gin is inspired by the abundant flower beds of the English midsummer, and in addition to the classic Hendrick’s botanicals also contains iris and orange blossom. Hendrick’s itself warns against falling in love with this gin, because it is made in a very limited edition and will not come again once it is sold out!

Fragrance: Beautiful, floral notes of orange blossom, chamomile, strawberry and citrus.
Tasting notes: The taste is round and perfumed. Cucumber, roses, chamomile, orange blossom and juniper in the background.
Serving suggestion: Enjoy it neat, with tonic or in cocktails.
Hendrick’s has taken the gin world by storm since Master Distiller Lesley Gracie created the floral Scottish gin in 1999. The distillery is located in a small village called Girvan, overlooking the volcanic island of Ailsa Craig. Among the thirteen carefully selected botanicals, we find things like horseradish, orris root, caraway, yarrow, chamomile flower, orange peel, elderflower and, of course, the two “signature flavors”: essence of rose petals and cucumber, which give the very special and much-loved character that defines Hendrick’s Gin.
