A first-class organic wine, from selected organic fields in Southern Italy. The must is fermented in stainless tanks, which gives a fantastic filling, round taste, and with its pleasant aftertaste of dark chocolate, makes the mouth water.

HARMONIOUS AND SOFT
The wine is deep purple-red with delicious curtains on the glass. The aroma offers ripe fruit and notes of ripe berries. The wine is full-bodied and round with a nice spicy touch from barrel aging. The aftertaste is soft and delicious with hints of chocolate and velvety tannins.
Ideally served with spicy dishes or with a selection of mature cheeses.

Manufacturing
The wine is composed of grapes from several different provinces in southern Italy in order to utilize the characteristics of the individual grapes and thereby achieve a complex red wine. The grapes are vinified traditionally and after fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks, part of the wine is stored in barriques.
