The wine is beautiful and intense pink in the glass with a crisp fruity aroma of strawberries, cherries and raspberries. The taste is full and pleasantly round with a deliciously balanced aftertaste.
Suitable as an aperitif, for starters, soups or dishes with rice.

Manufacturing
The wine is composed of grapes from several different provinces in Italy. To exploit the characteristics of the individual grapes, the winemakers select the best grapes for Grande Alberone Rosé. The grapes are vinified traditionally and soaked for 8-10 hours in the must. The must then ferments without skins at 16-18°C for a few days.
