The production of Galliano autentico is a long process, unchanged since the establishment of the original Galliano in 1896. Each step of the process reflects Galliano dedication to quality and expertise. From a selection of more than 30 herbs and spices such as star anise, juniper, musk heritage, ginger, lavender and last but not least the usual and smooth taste of vanilla – with a process of seven infusions and six distillations.
Ultimate blend
The ultimate mix of these distillates and macerates is the sum of all tastes that make Galliano autentico for the unique liqueur as it has been since 1896.
However, some consumers preferred to have a stronger tone of vanilla. Therefore, there is added a fragrant vanilla stand of the highest quality that creates Galliano Vanilla.
