Franzini Brut is an elegant and refreshing Italian sparkling wine from Franzini, a historic brand with strong roots in Piemonte and the Italian spumante tradition. The wine is produced by Perlino S.p.A. in Asti, an area long associated with sparkling wine production and with a strong tradition of combining craftsmanship, quality and modern winemaking.
The wine is made using the Martinotti method, also known as the tank method. This means that the secondary fermentation takes place in pressurised tanks rather than in the bottle. The method is particularly well suited to sparkling wines where freshness, fruitiness and a clean aromatic profile are key.
In the glass, Franzini Brut shows a pale straw-yellow colour with fine, lively bubbles. The nose is fresh and fruity with a clean and inviting expression. On the palate, it is soft, harmonious and well balanced, with pleasant acidity and a dry, refreshing finish.
