The Shed Distillery is located in the small village of Drumshanbo in County Leitrim on Ireland’s west coast and was founded by PJ Rigney, a producer known for curiosity, craftsmanship and a desire to combine local inspiration with botanicals from around the world. The distillery has become known for spirits with a strong identity, where traditional methods meet experimentation and storytelling. Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin quickly became the distillery’s most iconic creation and is defined by the use of Chinese gunpowder tea alongside both classic and more unusual botanicals. The California Orange edition follows the same philosophy in a brighter, more citrus-led style, where the fruity freshness of orange blends with the gin’s spicy, herbal and tea-driven character.

Nose
