Danish Mead
Description
Dansk Mjød brews on the basis of an old Danish recipe. From Norse mythology we know that mead is a drink for gods that was drunk on festive occasions. Mead is a natural product that is brewed exclusively from honey. Quite a few spices are used; it makes the best mead in our opinion. Jyde Mjøden is our most spicy mead. We have combined the sweetness of the mead with an aromatic and spicy bitter, created from 24 different herbs including birch buds, valerian, peppermint, garden wormwood, calamus root and blueberries. This is our take on a semi-bitter.
Application
Semi-bitter, which can be enjoyed both chilled and at room temperature.
