Refreshingly crisp with exquisite bubbles and a delicious light straw yellow colour. Delicate and complex taste with fruity notes reminiscent of peaches and green apples, with notes of acacia and sour. Fresh and light on the palate with balanced acidity and body as well as a harmonious aftertaste.
Ideal as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with hors d’oeuvres and delicate starters, excellent with sushi, seafood.
