After careful selection of the best grapes, our Crianza begins its fermentation. This is a slow and controlled process that makes it possible to extract all the colors and aromas from the grapes. The wine mellows and develops over a year in mixed oak barrels, retaining its bright fruit character, before spending a minimum of three months in bottle before release.
