Distilled according to the “Tosolini method”, this grappa was selected for aging in American oak casks from Ex – Rhum in the family’s cellars. A precise blend that is very rich on the palate gives a bouquet with enveloping notes of vanilla, honey and candied fruit. A soft and velvety distillate that reveals a long and enveloping flavor texture on the finish.

serve at room temperature in the classic large balloon glass. In the summer period, the best temperature in the cellar is around 18/20°C.
