The Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for this wine are exquisitely combined to produce a unique, easy-drinking wine from South East Australia aged in oak barrels.
Shiraz/Cabernet is clear red in the glass with a scent of red berries and a little spice from the Shiraz grape. The taste is medium-bodied with fruit in the mouth and good tannins. The aftertaste shows a wine in good balance.
The wine is suitable for light meat dishes, pasta dishes and fresh cheese.
