In the glass it shows a bright, clear pink colour with fine, persistent bubbles that create a lively and inviting appearance. The nose offers fragrant notes of red summer berries such as strawberry and raspberry, complemented by a subtle floral touch that adds delicacy and lift.

On the palate, Rosaperla is soft and creamy in its mousse, with juicy red fruit, crisp yet well-balanced acidity and a gentle hint of sweetness that rounds out the wine without making it heavy. The finish is clean, refreshing and lightly mineral, making it very easy to enjoy.

About the producer: Azienda Agricola Althea is a family-run winery located in the heart of the Conegliano–Valdobbiadene hills in Veneto, the historical core of Prosecco Superiore. The estate was founded in the early 2000s by Marika Drusian, who comes from a long line of winegrowers. She replanted the vineyards surrounding the property to build a modern, quality-driven winery with a strong sense of place and respect for the local terroir.

Althea focuses primarily on Prosecco Superiore in several styles – including Brut, Extra Dry and traditional Sui Lieviti – complemented by a small range of other sparkling wines, with Rosaperla Rosé as the refined rosé expression.
