Vermouth Moderne Orange is a modern, aromatic and bittersweet vermouth with a clear character of ripe orange, spiced citrus peel and fresh acidity from the wine base. It is created as a fruitier and more intense expression of Vermouth Moderne, with a beautiful golden-orange colour reminiscent of orange wine.

The base is made from aromatic Gewürztraminer and Muskateller wine, giving the vermouth a floral, lightly perfumed and fruity foundation. It is then flavoured with classic vermouth botanicals and a generous amount of orange peel from ripe fruit. The result is a fresh, sweet-sour and spiced vermouth with deep orange fruit, pleasant bitterness and a long aromatic finish.

Aroma, taste and character

The nose is intense and inviting, with clear notes of ripe orange, bitter orange peel, citrus, herbs, cardamom and aromatic grapes. There is also a lightly tea-like green character from wormwood, alongside subtle spice from coriander seed, juniper and cardamom.

On the palate, it is fruity, bittersweet and spiced, with a well-balanced combination of sweet orange fruit, fresh acidity and classic vermouth bitterness. The orange peel adds both aromatic sweetness and a gentle bitter edge, while the wine base brings freshness and structure. The spice profile adds complexity without making the vermouth feel heavy.

The finish is long, fresh and gently bitter, with lingering notes of citrus zest, orange, herbs and warm spice.

Over ice
Serve Vermouth Moderne Orange well chilled over plenty of ice and garnish with a slice of orange.
