It is matured in American and European oak casks that have been used for sherry, as well as bourbon barrels. Our constantly evolving maturation warehouses are evident in this whisky.
Toffee, malt flavors, citrus, and pear drops highlight the integration between the spirit and the casks. The influence of American oak adds toffee, honeyed fruits, and the distinctive fruity nature of this whisky. The European sherry influence builds upon this with sweet baking spices as well as ginger and cinnamon notes.
