Grape: The vodka is made from winter wheat and rye, grown on a farm near the distillery in Latvia.
Smell: Clean smell of straw, citrus peel, marshmallows and mineral.
Taste: Clean, soft taste of citrus, mineral, straw and a little pepper.
Production: Stolichnaya is distilled three times in stills. The spirit is mixed with spring water from Balzam’s artesian well outside Riga in Latvia, after which it is filtered four times through, among other things, quartz sand and birch pellets, before being bottled.
Spirit: Stolichnaya vodka has been around for over 80 years and was also the pioneer in flavored vodka back in the 60’s.
