It is our great pleasure to present a bottling that may very well be the jewel in the crown — the crown, in this case, being our 100th anniversary releases!
A 26-year-old, single-cask Springbank is not something you get to bottle just like that. We have imported Springbank for many years, and fortunately they fully agreed that something truly special should be found for the anniversary. The result is two releases: one Longrow and one Springbank. While the Longrow is young and fiery, the Springbank is a more distinguished dram from the previous millennium. The cask yielded exactly 108 bottles — naturally at cask strength, coming in at an elegant 44.1% ABV.
The back label says “refill bourbon cask,” but that isn’t the full story. In fact, the whisky spent its first 20 years in a first-fill sherry cask before being transferred to a refill bourbon cask, where it then rested for the final six years.
The whisky was unveiled at Anniversary Tasting #1 in January 2026. The remaining bottles have now been released for sale. Good luck.
