A.A Badenhorst Secateurs Chenin Blanc
A lively and characterful wine with notes of peach, pear, pink grapefruit, citrus blossom, and a light stony minerality. The palate is juicy and textured with fresh acidity and fine length, making it both charming on its own and highly versatile with food. It pairs especially well with grilled fish, chicken, creamy salads, mild cheeses, and dishes with a touch of spice. The wine is made in Swartland from chenin blanc and is fermented and aged in a combination of large foudres, concrete, stainless steel, and older French oak, giving it both freshness and structure.
Adega Ponte da Barca Vinho Verde
A dry, slender, and beautifully fresh vinho verde with notes of citrus, white flowers, and a slight lively spritz. The style is light, clean, and summery, with low alcohol and bright acidity that make it very easy to enjoy. It is perfect with seafood, grilled fish, salads, and simple summer dishes where freshness matters more than weight. The wine is produced in northern Portugal in Minho and is made primarily from loureiro together with trajadura and arinto, with the grapes pressed separately and fermented in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve their fresh aromatics.
Périgord Sauvignon Blanc
A fresh and approachable sauvignon blanc with notes of citrus, grapefruit, and green fruit. The palate is soft yet refreshing, with fine fruit and a clean finish that makes it especially useful throughout the summer season. It pairs very well with fish, seafood, salads, goat cheese, and other lighter dishes where lemon and herbs can shine. The wine is fermented at controlled temperatures to preserve the grape’s pure fruit and fresh expression.
Sainte Gabelle Colombard-Sauvignon Blanc
An aromatic and refreshing wine with floral notes, citrus, and fresh green fruit in a light and lively style. This is a wine full of energy and clear summer character, perfect when you want something crisp, easy, and enjoyable without losing charm. It works beautifully with seafood, salads, light fish dishes, sushi, and as an aperitif. The wine is a blend of colombard and sauvignon blanc, cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged on its lees in tank until bottling, helping preserve both aromatics and freshness.
Château Barbebelle Blanc Cuvée Madeleine
An elegant, sun-kissed white wine from Provence with notes of white fruit, citrus, jasmine, and floral nuances. The palate is fruity, clean, and harmonious, with a soft Mediterranean feel while still retaining enough acidity to keep the style fresh. It pairs very well with fish, seafood, substantial salads, charcuterie, pâté, and toasted bread with fresh cheese. The wine is made from rolle, sauvignon, and ugni blanc, with night harvesting, cold maceration, and fermentation and ageing in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Racines & Terroirs – Riesling
A fresh and classic Alsace riesling with notes of citrus, green and golden apples, white flowers, and a light petroleum note that adds character. The palate is clean, harmonious, and lightly dry, with fine acidity and good length, making it both easy to appreciate and highly food-friendly. It pairs particularly well with prawns, fish and seafood dishes, Asian food with chili or ginger, and traditional choucroute. The wine comes from Cave du Roi Dagobert, a modern cooperative in Alsace focused on expressing the regional character of riesling in a pure and fresh style.
