Palmer & Co. La Réserve 75 cl.
Palmer & Co La Reserve is a creamy and elegant cuvée composed of 50-55% Chardonnay, 30-35% Pinot Noir, and 10-15% Pinot Meunier from some of the best Premier and Grand Cru fields in Reims. Up to 35% are reserve wines from previous vintages, which gives a nice depth and complexity. This is a fairly large proportion of reserve wine, and that is also why the wine is called La Reserve. The champagne is “sour lie” for three to four years and has a dosage of 8 g/L.
Colour: Light straw yellow
Scent: Elegant scent of white flowers, pear, apricot and citrus
Tasting notes: Creamy and harmonious in taste with baked apple, lemon peel and a hint of honey.
Serving suggestion: As an aperitif or with light fish and shellfish dishes
