FULL AND SEDUCTIVE
This red wine appears beautifully deep in the glass with heavy curtains on the sides. The aroma offers ripe fruit and notes of blackberries and plums. A spicy touch is noticeable from the barrel aging. The wine appears full-bodied with soft, balanced tannins.
Optimally served with red meat or game, but is also a lovely accompaniment to a wide selection of mature cheeses.

Manufacturing
The wine is composed of grapes from several different provinces in Italy in order to exploit the characteristics of the individual grapes and thereby achieve a complex red wine. Look at this wine as you look at a symphony orchestra: the individual instruments/grapes can be good alone, but together you achieve the harmony. The harmony in the glass is created by the 5 grapes – Primitivo, Cabernet, Merlot, Teroldego, Nero d’Avola. The grapes are vinified separately and after fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks, a delf wine is stored in barriques for a longer period.
