The case brings together six different expressions: mineral Chablis, saline Muscadet, aromatic Alvarinho, Italian Grechetto, juicy Weissburgunder and precise Riesling. It feels summery, versatile and just a little luxurious, while still being easy to enjoy.
Domaine Fourrey Héritage Chablis Le Vin d’Emile
A classic and serious Chablis with dry citrus, green apple and clear minerality, along with a slightly broader and creamier texture than many leaner Chablis wines. This makes it especially well suited to seafood, fish in sauce, pan-fried fish and other dishes where you want both freshness and depth in the glass. The wine is vinified entirely in stainless steel and aged for 18 months sur lie, giving extra complexity, body and length.
Muscadet Les Vignes du Bourg Blanc Melon de Bourgogne
A bone-dry, fresh and mineral Muscadet with juicy fruit notes of apple and pear, supported by a soft, elegant texture beneath its maritime freshness. This is exactly the kind of wine that makes prawns, mussels, oysters, grilled langoustines and simply prepared fish taste even better. Made from melon de bourgogne, the signature grape of western Loire, the wine’s sur lie ageing adds more body, subtle bread-like notes and extra gastronomic charm.
Soalheiro Alvarinho D.O.C.
A fresh and elegant Alvarinho with aromatic complexity, tropical notes, citrus and a fine mineral backbone. It combines intensity and balance and pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, fish soups, light dishes with lemon and Mediterranean-inspired food. The grapes are hand-picked, the must is clarified at low temperature before fermentation, and the wine is fermented in stainless steel before ageing on fine lees, preserving both purity and texture.
Plani Arche – Grechetto
An Italian white wine with freshness, ripe fruit and a lightly spicy, mineral edge. Grechetto often brings notes of pear, citrus, yellow apple, herbs and a subtle almond-like finish, making the wine both charming and highly food-friendly. It is a great match for grilled fish, squid, seafood pasta, salads, mild cheeses and light dishes with olive oil, lemon and fresh herbs. In this case, it adds a slightly warmer and more Mediterranean expression that sits beautifully alongside the cooler, more mineral-driven wines.
St. Antony Weissburgunder
A juicy, fresh and harmonious Weissburgunder with a softer and rounder style than a classic, sharply defined Riesling. Youthful and fruit-driven in expression, it is a very good match for light fish dishes, prawns, salads with fish or seafood and mild dishes where the wine should bring freshness without becoming too angular. The wine comes from Rheinhessen and is made from 100 percent Weissburgunder by St. Antony, an organic producer. It is fermented in stainless steel and spends a short time on fine lees to preserve its clean fruit and soft texture.
Leitz Magic Mountain – Riesling
A precise and nuanced Riesling with yellow plum, citrus, white flowers, herbs and smoky minerality, giving the wine both freshness and length. It is an excellent choice for fish, seafood and green dishes, especially when the food also has a touch of acidity or herbs. The wine is made from 100 percent Riesling sourced from several steep parcels on Rüdesheimer Berg, where the soils are mainly quartz and slate. After fermentation, it is aged for around six months in old oak barrels and rests on its lees until bottling.
