Description
Dansk Mjød brews on the basis of an old Danish recipe. From Norse mythology we know that mead is a drink for gods that was drunk on festive occasions. Mead is a natural product that is brewed exclusively from honey. Quite a few spices are used; it makes the best mead in our opinion. Christmas is the time of traditions and we would like to help create new traditions with Nordic drops. Jule Mjød is really good for rice salamander – a lovely dessert wine brewed on honey with apple and a touch of cinnamon..
Application
Dessert wine that can be enjoyed both chilled, heated and at room temperature.
