Crystal Bay Cabernet Sauvignon appears with a beautiful ruby ​​red color. In the nose you sense a touch of vanilla, warm spices and a bit of tobacco. The taste is harmonious, soft and full-bodied with a well-balanced and lovely persistent aftertaste.

Serve the wine with dishes with beef or pork, a good pasta dish or a nice selection of cheeses.

Manufacturing

Crystal Bay is produced from the noble Bordeaux grape: Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are harvested in the Central Valley in Chile, where the dry climate and the fresh, cool winds from the Pacific develop the grapes so that they sign off with soft and elegant wines with lovely fruit concentration.

The vinification takes place according to the most modern methods, where the fermentation temperature does not exceed 28° C. The wine is stored in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
