Soil: 20% Grande Champagne, 30% Fins bois, 50% Petite Champagne
Grape varieties: Ugni-Blanc
The color is very dark amber.
The aroma is lively and very characterful with a wonderful mix of flavor and a dressy sweetness.
The taste gives notes of cinnamon, exotic wood, dark chocolate and candied orange which leads to a wonderful long aftertaste which testifies to very long aging.
