Champagne Michel Dervin Blanc de Blancs Brut 75 cl.
Champagne de france
The champagne comes from Cuchery in the heart of the Marne Valley, where chalky soils and a cool climate give the Chardonnay grape its finesse and crisp acidity. The area’s terroir contributes to the wine’s elegant structure and aromatic complexity.
Elegant and refined, with floral notes of white flowers and rose, followed by citrus tones of lemon and grapefruit.
Made from 100% Chardonnay and aged for 24–36 months in the cellar to develop depth and fine bubbles. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and no malolactic fermentation is carried out in order to preserve freshness and acidity. Dosage is 10 g/L, creating a harmonious Brut style.
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed slowly. Fermentation and stabilisation take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to ensure the finished champagne retains finesse and aromatic complexity. No malolactic fermentation is carried out to preserve the grapes’ natural acidity as much as possible. The cellar maintains a constant temperature and is protected from light. The champagnes are aged longer than the regulations require (around 36 months).
Michel Dervin stands for lively, fresh, and honest champagne.
