How and by whom it is produced
La Sirène is a limited edition original creation from Compagnie des Indes, a French independent bottler founded in 2015 by Florent Beuchet. This release is a blend of two aged rums: a Cuban rum from 2009 with three years of maturation in ex-ratafia champenois casks, and a Paraguayan rum aged for seven years before receiving a 12-month finish in ex-French whisky barrels. The rum is bottled in France without chill filtration.
