Manufacturing
Butcher’s Cut rosé is made from carefully selected grapes from Argentinean vineyards.
The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness and brought to the winery, where the must is fermented at a cool temperature to retain the fresh fruit in the wine. When the wine has reached the ideal alcohol and sugar level, fermentation is stopped, thus ensuring a wine with perfect fruit and freshness.
About the manufacturer
The Butcher’s Cut series contains a flamboyant Malbec and a fresh Chardonnay from Argentina’s wine capital, Mendoza. Butcher’s Cut is a perfect representative of Argentina’s flagship Malbec and of the fruity Chardonnay grape.
