The 2021 edition from Jim Beams Long Waited, Annual Booker’s True Barrel Bourbon Releases – Always Fading and Without Chart Filtering. This batch is named in honor of the retired Jim Beam employee Mike Donohoe. Without Mike, Bookers Bourbon would not exist today. Published in incredibly limited quantities, this term has been matured for 6 years, 11 months and 4 days in American white eg before bottling at an eye watering strength of 62.65% abv.

Lots of vanilla and oak on the nose, followed by a sweet and creamy taste with the taste of candied almonds, citrus and peanut butter. This bourbon has a long and drying finish with a touch of cocoa at the end.
