Truly exceptional Single Barrel Rum from Travellers Distillery, Belize 2007. Aged for 15 years in white oak casks, of which 13 years were in a tropical climate and an additional two years in a continental climate. As fans of the powerful rums from Belize, we were blown away by the rum’s dry and spicy character and its intense notes of nuts and chocolate.
