Blend of different terroirs from the Ribeauvillé region using grape varieties: Chardonnay – Pinot Blanc – Auxerrois – Pinot Noir. Harvest at high maturity for a more mature expression of the grape varieties. Natural reduction (lactic acid bacteria) of the acid in the base wine.
A rare sparkling natural wine.
From the end of the 19th century, sparkling wines were produced in Alsace according to the traditional method. However, this tradition, which was less alive in the first half of this century, was maintained until the recognition of the Crémant d’Alsace Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée by decree of 24 August 1976.
Crémant d’Alsace’s original personality and impeccable quality, guaranteed by production rules of exemplary rigour, have been very successful, naturally in Alsace, but also in other French regions and with our European neighbours.
