Althea Prosecco Julian is an elegant, classic Prosecco DOC Treviso, made exclusively from hand-picked Glera grapes grown in the hills around Treviso. Produced using the Charmat method, it offers a clean, fresh style with fine, lively bubbles and a pleasingly smooth texture. With 11.5% alcohol and around 8–10 g/l of residual sugar, this is a dry yet fruit-forward prosecco that is very easy to enjoy.
In the glass, Julian shows a straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights and an elegant, persistent perlage. The nose is fine and fruity, with pronounced notes of green apple, supported by hints of pear and citrus. On the palate, the wine is pleasantly fresh and dry, with crisp acidity, pure fruit and a refreshing finish that invites another sip.
Althea Prosecco Julian is ideal as an aperitif, but also pairs beautifully with food – especially fish dishes, seafood, light pasta, salads and assorted appetizers.
