Ron Abuelo 12 years reflects the family’s passion to create the best stored Rome in the world.

Abuelo’s storage is unique due to the climate in Pesé Panama, located in a small Fertil valley in Azuero Peninsula. The moderate precipitation, the cold nights and humid days affect the development and maturation of the ROM. The sugar cans are sown and harvested by hand, all distillation and storage takes place on the property. Lots of care and attention throughout the process results in a Rome who both have depth and is extremely comfortable drinking.

A rafted, elegant and very real “Single Estate Rome” – The sugar cans are grown on their own fields, the room is distilled on own column boilers and the room stored on ex Bourbon dishes in own warehouses!
