Absinthe Absente 55 70 CL 55%

A lovely, fragrant abinthe from Provence.

Made with a blend of artemisia absinthium (wormwood), green anise, star anise, mint, lemon balm and mixed spices, this is a milder absinthe, quite close to Pastis in style.

Bottled at 55% ABV, this is not as strong as some Abinthes, but is still best served with plenty of chilled water.

It has a beautiful light green color with bright and shiny yellow flashes

Would be a good introduction to this sometimes formidable spirit.
