Signatory Vintage unveils a new range, “Symington’s Choice”, showcasing the most exceptional casks from the Pitlochry warehouses. This 26 year old Glen Keith is a single cask distilled on September 11, 1996 and matured in Oloroso sherry casks. It was bottled on July 7, 2023 at its natural strength of 58%, non-chill filtered and with no added color. This is a limited edition, with only 635 bottles available.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: Spicy and indulgent. The nose opens with aromas of raisins, figs and dates, along with a hint of honey. Gentle spices are mixed with hints of vanilla and leather.

Appearance: Amber

Taste: Smooth and velvety. Notes of dried fruit dominate with flavors of raisins, figs and dates, along with a delicate hint of bitterness from nuts.

Overall: Long and comfortable. Dark chocolate flavor lingers with a hint of roasted coffee.
