• Nose: Crisp green apples and pears, honey, vanilla, butterscotch and grassy barley, with hints of mint and fresh citrus.

• Palate: Soft and slightly creamy, offering ripe orchard fruits (apple, pear, a touch of peach), vanilla, honey, caramel and light milk chocolate over gentle oak.

• Finish: Medium in length, with light spice (white pepper and a touch of anise), sweet malt, lemon zest and a dry, elegant oak note.
