INTENSE, FULL AND HARMONIOUS
Think Big is a great exponent of what Californian Zinfandel stands for. Intense and deep red in the glass with elegant violet reflections. The wine has been aged in American and French oak, which gives an inviting bouquet of dark berries, an intense sweetness and a fine spicy touch. Think Big is a full-bodied and harmonious wine with a lovely persistent aftertaste characterized by soft tannins.
Serve Think Big with light meat or duck or with mild cheeses.

Manufacturing
It takes great care and skill to bring out the best in the Zinfandel grape. The grapes for Think Big are exclusively selected for this wine (Vat.66). They are harvested at optimum maturity and vinified traditionally.
