Wester Haws Oil – Also called crude oil shot is based on a tasty combination of pålakrid mixed with secret ingredients. This glorious combination results in the well-known taste of English licorice.

The recipe originates from Esbjerg, where “the drill bites” came in from the windblown oil platforms on the Wester Sea and needed a tension for hard work on the sea.

Wester Haw’s oil is best enjoyed in a shot glass, either chilled or at room temperature, along with a cold beer.
