Volata Bianco is a vermouth from South Tyrol, specifically Appiano, where a small, family-run distillery has been producing spirits and vermouth for over 9 generations! We are very happy to be able to sell their superb bianco, which is made from Italian wine and over 30 different herbs and spices.
Colour: Golden.
Scent: Delicious scent with hints of honey, exotic spices and floral notes.
Tasting notes: A delicate sweetness combined with spicy notes of rosemary, some citrus, wormwood and white flowers.
Serving suggestion: Enjoy it over ice, in a spritz or in cocktails. Try it, for example, in a Negroni Bianco!
