Tête de Linotte Rosé d’Anjou

A charming and lively rosé from the Loire with soft fruit, juicy freshness and an appealingly summery expression. The palate offers peach, nectarine, red berries and a gentle floral touch that makes the wine generous and easy to enjoy. It is the rosé in the package that brings slightly rounder fruit and a softer profile, adding a pleasing variation to the overall selection.

The wine is made from organically grown grapes, mainly gamay and grolleau, with gentle direct pressing to preserve fruit and aromatics. Fermentation takes place at cool temperatures in stainless steel, followed by a short period on the lees, helping to create a clean, fresh yet supple expression.

It pairs beautifully with fresh salads, Asian-inspired dishes with a little fruitiness or spice, delicate shellfish dishes, or simply as a very pleasant glass on its own.

AIX Rosé

AIX is the very definition of modern Provence rosé: pale, elegant, crisp and mineral-driven. The palate is youthful and fresh with notes of white peach, citrus, red berries and a cool stony minerality that gives the wine both energy and precision. This is the most iconic and instantly summery rosé in the package — refined, confident and incredibly easy to serve across many occasions.

AIX is made as a classic Provence blend of grenache, syrah and cinsault. The grapes come from high-altitude vineyards in Provence, where mineral-rich soils, mistral winds and cooler nights contribute freshness and aromatic finesse. The wine is made with gentle pressing and cool fermentation, then aged in stainless steel to preserve purity, freshness and expression of terroir.

It is an excellent match for grilled fish, shellfish, salads, light summer dishes, tapas, and also Asian flavours where the freshness can play beautifully against spice and salinity.

Château Barbebelle Rosé Cuvée Madeleine

This is an elegant and expressive rosé with a little more intensity, yet still in a dry and well-balanced style. The palate moves through pomegranate, fresh strawberries, ripe cherries and floral undertones, with a fine balance between juicy fruit and a dry finish. It is a wine that feels both charming and gastronomic.

The wine is produced in Provence from 60% grenache and 40% syrah. The grapes undergo a short maceration under temperature control to achieve the delicate salmon hue while capturing freshness and aromatic detail. The clay-rich sandstone terroir contributes structure and balance to the finished style.

Serve it with grilled vegetables, chicken, salade niçoise, salmon, tuna or Mediterranean-inspired dishes where the fruit and dry finish help lift the food.

La Cerisa Rosa Pinot Grigio Rosé

La Cerisa Rosa is an approachable and highly charming rosé with Italian elegance and fresh fruit character. On the palate, there are notes of fresh strawberries, cherries and floral nuances, framed by a delicate and clean finish. This is a wine that feels airy, lively and uncomplicated in the very best sense.

The wine comes from Provincia di Pavia south of Milan and is made primarily from pinot grigio, with around 15% pinot noir and barbera for colour and added fruitiness. The grapes undergo a short maceration to achieve the delicate rosé colour and the soft, berry-driven style.

It is very well suited to antipasti, salads, charcuterie, lighter pasta dishes, grilled vegetables and as a fresh glass before dinner.

Les Peyrautins Pinot Noir Rosé

A southern French rosé with the elegance of Pinot Noir in an easy-drinking and dry format. The palate is berry-driven and silky with notes of strawberries, watermelon and floral nuances, followed by a soft, creamy feel and fine freshness. This is a wine that combines charm and lightness with enough structure to work very well with food.

The grapes come mainly from the area around Carcassonne, where an otherwise warm climate is moderated by cooling winds from the Atlantic, the north and the Mediterranean. This creates better balance, fresher expression and a style where Pinot Noir’s gentle fruit and elegance can take centre stage.

It pairs nicely with salads, pizza bianco, grilled chicken, salmon, charcuterie and simple summer dishes where you want a rosé that is both refreshing and useful at the table.

Weingut Geyerhof Stockwerk Zweigelt Rosé

This is the coolest and most vibrant rosé in the package — dry, aromatic and full of personality. The palate moves through the red fruit spectrum with notes of cherries, strawberries and a slight herbal edge that adds extra character. Despite its slender profile, it offers charm, precision and a pleasing sense of weight.

The wine is made from zweigelt at Geyerhof in Austria. The grapes are hand-harvested, gently whole-bunch pressed and fermented slowly before the wine is aged in stainless steel and left to rest on the lees. The producer also works with natural yeast, which contributes to the wine’s lively, pure and origin-driven expression.

It is particularly well suited to charcuterie, salads, grilled chicken, herb-led vegetable dishes and as an aperitif when you want something fresh, dry and slightly more characterful.
