Chestnut – Double Cask has been matured for two years in 112-liter chestnut casks before being transferred to 200-liter bourbon casks. The chestnut wood imparts a clear and intense flavor, carrying not only familiar notes of dried apricot, vanilla, and caramel, but also a hint of phenols and the chestnut’s gently nutty character.
Chestnut – Double Cask is an elegant whisky that combines great body with a fine, long-lasting finish.
