All expressions in the series are matured in 100% sherry casks for a rich and full-bodied experience. All Glenrothes whiskeys are 100% natural in color and The Glenrothes 18YO has a complex and well-rounded expression, perfect for after dinner or to compliment fine chocolate and cheese.
The aroma is orange, vanilla, pears and almonds but has a sweet, slightly fresh ginger taste, where vanilla and pears come to the fore. The whiskey has a sweet spicy and slightly peppery finish.
