Inspired by Danish history
The name Kaos is of course inspired by recent Danish history. Thorvald Stauning (1873-1943) was, as is well known, Denmark’s first social-democratic prime minister and is regarded as the father of our modern welfare state.
For the general election in 1935, he used the famous slogan “Staunting or Chaos”. Back then, the Danes chose Stauning, but you don’t have to choose.
We give you both Astonishment and Chaos by blending our best rye and our best smoked whiskey in a wonderful community.

TASTE Lightly smoked, spicy and sweet. A whiskey with complexity and structure. On the nose, grain, chocolate, oak, caramel and cinnamon. In the mouth, a smoked chocolate bar with nougat, caramel, licorice, apple and oak. A long smoky aftertaste with hints of vanilla and dried red fruits.
AGE & FADE
Aged for 4-5 years in heavy charred Virgin American Oak casks and 1st fill Makers Mark casks
