“A RED WINE WITH A LOVELY AND VERY PURE AROMA OF RIPE SUNBERRIES BOTH IN THE SCENT AND IN THE INTENSE, MILD AND SUPER SOFT TASTE. A SIMPLE WINE IN THE EXACTLY RIGHT AND WELL-COMPOSED WAY…”
Manufacturing
The grapes for Slow Press are harvested in three of the best regions for Cabernet Sauvignon:
Paso Robles warm climate produces Cabernet Sauvignon with perfect tannins and flavor.
San Lucas’ (Monterey) warm days and cool nights add bright red fruit and notes of herbs.
Lake County vineyards produce intense and harmonious wines with jammy fruit and ripe tannins.
Slow Press Cabernet Sauvignon undergoes a malolactic fermentation. The grapes are gently pressed, which adds depth to the flavor and enhances the natural fruit character. The wine matures in American and French oak for six months.
About the manufacturer
Good wine takes time.
Slowness and enjoyment.
Slow Press wines are a tribute to the art of making wine. We know that great wines are worth waiting for, so we’ve throttled down the process of making wine from start to finish.
