SOFT AND FULL

Slow Press Cabernet Sauvignon is bold and concentrated in the taste with dark fruit, blackberry and blackcurrant as well as slightly spicy notes with a hint of leather. The structure is robust and the firm tannins give a soft finish.

Serve the wine with grilled cheese, with a delicious burger or with chili.

Paso Robles warm climate produces Cabernet Sauvignon with perfect tannins and flavor.
San Lucas’ (Monterey) warm days and cool nights add bright red fruit and notes of herbs.
Lake County vineyards produce intense and harmonious wines with jammy fruit and ripe tannins.
Slow Press Cabernet Sauvignon undergoes a malolactic fermentation. The grapes are gently pressed, which adds depth to the flavor and enhances the natural fruit character. The wine matures in American and French oak for six months.
